Another Harvest!

To go out fishing in the bay was an expensive event, as you had to charter a private fishing boat for at least half a day. Generally, we tried to go out at least once in a season. This was an event for "men" only, most the time. Sometimes, a few ladies would join the group. From the pictures below, you can see that we had a pretty good havest this year, too. Janice was never a fish-eater, but she was usually very good about cooking for everyone else. I do not know when or how we ate all this catch, but they usually were all gone by the end of the season.
